Data Analysis

The starting point of the project will be the analysis of data on the needs and expectations of refugees and migrants, as well as public administration in the three target countries: Italy, Spain and Greece.

First, an examination of the state of the art of the tools and methods used by NGOs will be carried out. Then, a specific method will be defined to collect data from a sample of migrants and refugees, and from local authorities and public administration, in order to identify any gaps in the provision of services to migrants.

These data will be necessary for the creation of the digital companion.

Data collection will be carried out in compliance with the fundamental rights, protected at European level, of ethical principles and of the regulatory framework for data processing.

In addition, in the context of this data collection, a space will be dedicated to identifying cultural indicators to understand their impact in the development of technology.
