- D2.1. Service provision analysis methodology kit. Type: Report. This deliverable will include survey items and interviews template for performing the analysis of service provision flows with local authorities and public service providers
- D2.2. Service Provision Needs and Gaps Analysis. Type: Report. This deliverable will report the findings of the analysis performed, providing both raw data and cross interpretation. This will lead to a first “Need intuitions” scheme to be presented in the first phase of each of the three Workshops
- D2.3 Co-Creation Workshop preparation kit.Type: Report. This document will provide to workshops participants within the consortium a shared set of tools, techniques, starting points and outcomes to be achieved through the workshops themselves.
- D2.4 Co-Creation Workshops Agenda.Type: Report. Workshops scheduling, to be communicated to participants and acting as a “storyboard” to be observed during workshops execution. It will include scheduling for presentations, warm ups, subgroup works, restitution phases, etc, and will guide participants in starting from some “intuitions” and arriving to shared scenarios and mock-ups
- D2.5 REBUILD Service Scenarios and Prototypes. Type: Report.This deliverable will report the outputs of the three workshops, further analyzed and discussed with participants. The final report will feed the service development activities.
- D2.6 REBUILD testing: modules and user groups.Type: Report. This document will provide to WP6 information about what is more relevant to be tested during the development phase according to end users (both immigrants and local/public services representatives), and which will be the user groups available for participating in the testing phase. This document will feed WP6 activitie
- D3.1. User’s profile modeling. Type: Report.This deliverable will propose a low dimensional vector model for users’ profiling by means of embedding deep learning methods that will be the input for T3.2 and T3.3.
- D3.2 Methodology for skills and needs matching. Type: Prototype. This deliverable will be in charge of explaining the REBUILD methodology definition for optimal matching based on deep learning models.
- D3.3 REBUILD recommendation environment and follow-up. Type: Report. This report will include the design of the recommendation scenario based on user’s skills and needs, according to the available services.
- D3.4 User’s profile clusterization. Type: Prototype. This prototype will propose a specific solution for user’s clusterization based on user’s characterization through low-dimensional vectors proposed in T3.1
- D3.5 Skills and needs matching for migrant guidance. Type: Prototype. This prototype will be focused on the implementation of the skills and needs linking tool that will lead to a successful integration.
- D3.6 REBUILD recommendation environment. Type: Prototype. This prototype will implement the REBUILD recommendation tool by joining user’s profile vector from T3.1 to the available services.
- D4.1 Visual communication signs for multilinguality. Type: Report. This deliverable will include a basic definition for the pictograms and sign vocabulary based that will help the communication with migrants and refugees.
- D4.2 Scripted audio/video capturing for the illiterate. Type: Report. This report will put the bases for the implementation of a specific tool that will allow to produce audio/visual content that will help in the migrant guidance.
- D4.3 Visual communication signs and pictograms prototype. Type: Prototype. This software prototype will implement a tool that include the basic vocabulary defined in first stage of T4.1 help this communication.
- D4.4 Designing the digital companion. Type: Report. This report will include the entire definition of the digital companion based on a rule-based chatbot solution.
- D4.5 Fact-based reporting for migration perception. Type: Report. This deliverable will include the definition and requirements for information presentation of the data gathering in WP3 over the digital companion.
- D4.6 Scripted audio/video capturing for the illiterate. Type: Prototype. This prototype will comprise the entire software solution for ubiquitous audio/video chunk recording within a secure structure that will assure the validity of the content.
- D4.7 Fact-based information sharing prototype. Type: Prototype. This software solution will implement the previous designing by being able to present information about the impact of migration via auto generated infographics.
- D4.8 The digital companion prototype. Type: Prototype. This prototype will provide the digital companion that will guide the migrants and refugees through the integration path, based on the chatbot previously defined
- D4.9 Self-learning system for improving service personalisation. Type: Prototype. This prototype will implement the customization process of the available services in order to improve the user’s experience.

- D8.3 Dissemination and Communication Report. Type: Report. An assessment of the impact of the communication and dissemination activities, both qualitatively, through case studies that demonstrate its impact, and quantitatively, via the metrics developed in the Dissemination Plan (D.8.2).
- 9.1. Socio-economic impact assessment methodological framework. Type: Report. The deliverable will provide the definition of the methodological framework, with impact areas that will be mapped all related sub-categories. The deliverable will also contain the description of the tools that will be used for data gathering and the methods that will be used for running the analysis.
- D9.2. REBUILD zero (baseline) scenario. Type: Report. The deliverable will provide the overview of the zero scenario, mainly the situation without the REBUILD activities, based on collected information from desk research and fieldwork based on focus groups and interviews with identifies stakeholders.
- D9.3. Mid-term impact assessment. Type: Report. A mid-term assessment will be run in order to test the methodology and provide feedback to technology development for further improvements and reported in this deliverable.
- D9.4 REBUILD socio-economic impact assessment, final version.Type: Report. The final socio-economic impact assessment will be reported in the deliverable, also providing insights on the long run exploitation strategy
- D9.5. REBUILD exploitation plan. Type: Report. At the end of the project a detailed exploitation strategy will be provided in order to show how research results will be sustained at the end of the funding. A plan for the entire REBUILD will be provide together with a detailed individual exploitation plan from each partners.
- D10.1 Management Website (P). This deliverable will implement an internal website area monitoring the activities, effort spent and storing all the internal documentation.
- D10.2 Data Management Plan (R). This deliverable will describe how the REBUILD project manages data throughout its life cycle, in order to be compliant to the regulatory framework.
- D10.3 Quality Plan (R). This deliverable will state all the quality procedures to guarantee a successful project implementation.
- D10.4 Policy Report: enhancing migrants inclusion effectiveness through participation and ICT [24] This White Paper will summarize practices and approaches adopted in the first 2 years of REBUILD project. It will aim institutional stakeholders at national and international level, describing and presenting the key points and success factors of the research approach, the co-participation methodology and the technological solution adopted. The report will be presented during a Policy Round Table, organized in Bruxelles at M24.
- D10.5 2nd Interim Periodic Reports (R). This report will present the project’s activity and results from M16 to M22.
- D11.1 : H - Requirement No. 2. Final versions of the templates of the informed consent/assent forms and information sheets (in language and terms intelligible to the participants) must be submitted as a deliverable before the commencement of the relevant research
- D11.2 : H - Requirement No. 7. Copies of opinions/approvals by ethics committees and/or competent authorities for the research with humans must be submitted as a deliverable prior to the commencement of the relevant research
