The deliverable will provide the definition of the methodological framework, with impact areas that will be mapped all related sub-categories. The deliverable will also contain the description of the tools that will be used for data gathering and the methods that will be used for running the analysis.

The deliverable will provide the overview of the zero scenario, mainly the situation without the REBUILD activities, based on collected information from desk research and fieldwork based on focus groups and interviews with identifies stakeholders.

D10.4 Policy Report: enhancing migrants inclusion effectiveness through participation and ICT [24] This White Paper will summarize practices and approaches adopted in the first 2 years of REBUILD project. It will aim institutional stakeholders at national and international level, describing and presenting the key points and success factors of the research approach, the co-participation methodology and the technological solution adopted. The report will be presented during a Policy Round Table, organized in Bruxelles at M24.
